Draft a Devil - Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promotion is conducted by: TFC AFL Limited (ABN:) 70 667 652 333 of 144 Collins Street, Hobart, TAS, 7000 (Premises).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. 
  • Employees of the Tasmania Football Club are not eligible to enter. 
  • Devils Supporter, Baby Devil and Pet Membership packages are not eligible for competition entry. 
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility. 

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens at 9am 15/4/2026 and closes at midnight 31/5/2026 (Competition Period). 
  • Entries received outside this period will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter

  • To enter the Draft a Devil competition, draft a non-member to become a Tasmania Devils Member (see below for ineligible membership packages). Upon registration they will be prompted to enter your name. Each registration equals one entry. Entries are unlimited. 
  • The referee must be a current 2026 Tasmania Devils Member.
  • Valid entries must purchase a 2026 Tasmania Devils Membership. Note: Devils Supporter, Baby Devil and Pet Pack memberships are excluded from this promotion. 
  • Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 

5. Prize

The prize consists of:

  • One (1) merchandise pack, and 
  • One (1) corporate box including eight (8) tickets at a Tasmania Devils home game of your choice at either UTAS Stadium or North Hobart Oval.   

 

6. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
  • The prize must be taken as offered. No substitutions will be provided. 
  • Any additional costs not expressly included (e.g., travel, accommodation, personal expenses) are the responsibility of the winner. 

7. Event Attendance Conditions

  • The corporate box experience is valid only for games during the 2026 VFL/W regular season. 
  • If the winner is unable to attend on the specified dates, the prize (or that portion of the prize) will be forfeited, and no replacement or compensation will be provided. 
  • If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter is not responsible and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered, unless required by law. 

8. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random on [1st June 2026]. 
  • The winner will be notified via email or phone call.
  • If the winner does not respond within [14 days], the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner. 

9. Publicity

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities and allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for marketing purposes without additional compensation. 

10. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the competition or prize. 
  • The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or delays beyond its control. 

11. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary. 
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

12. Disqualification

  • TFC reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (e.g. tampered with the entry process). The TFC’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the TFC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
