Membership ticketing guide

If you have purchased a Devils Believer +VFL/W membership you will have a member barcode and ticket to all VFL and VFLW games (excluding Round 1 VFL).

Your membership ticket will available to download 72 hrs prior to game-day. 

To access your member tickets, all you need to do is login to your member account and follow the below steps. 

• On a mobile device, login to your member account here
• Navigate to 'My Events'
• Click 'View Event Details' for the game you are attending
• Click on the ticket you are using to enter the game. If you have multiple memberships in the one account, they will all be listed here

From here, you can: use your ticket to scan in, add it to your wallet, transfer the ticket to a friend. 

• If scanning from this page, ensure your ticket is fully loaded before reaching the gate
• To add to your wallet click ‘Add to wallet’ and follow the prompts. This is the recommended option, as your tickets will be ready to go on game-day, even if WiFi is slow. 
• To transfer tickets, click ‘Transfer’. You can transfer to a mobile or email, follow the prompts. The recipient that is receiving the ticket will then need to accept the ticket.  

Please note membership tickets are only available via your mobile phone. Screenshots of tickets will not work - tickets must be downloaded or transferred via Ticketmaster if someone else is using your membership ticket. 

If you do not have a mobile phone, please contact the club.
